Darling James, constant purveyor of fastidious indie pop, is celebrating the release of new single Think Twice with a matinee show at The Workers Club. Think Twice sees Darling James exploring will-power, fate and inevitability all set to swirling synths and a wind-in-your-hair drum beat. The video for Think Twice is the second to feature Darling James’ current visual persona of choice ‘Ace Statesman’, a hapless 90’s businessman who first appeared in the video for Darling James’ last single Born in the Blitz. Joining Darling James will be superb pop song writer Amy Flight and her five-piece band as well as post-punk new-kids-on-the-block Screen Play opening the afternoon. With his signature lush keyboards and biting guitars Darling James’ return to the Workers Club promises to be a show not to be missed.
