FACEBOOK EVENT

Fresh off the release of his collaborative romantic collage, Love Song, which immersed listeners in the warmth of a post-pandemic summer of love, September Barker has reengaged with Lockdown’s zeitgeist to produce Lockdown #43. This new single recalls the nightmare imaginings that isolation cultivated; the song lives in the space beyond reason and reality, in a world overcome by the bizarre. Barker’s paranoid vocals are flanked by lurching drums and manic keys, crafting a world where lunacy feels all encapsulating. The launch will utilise September’s background in theatre-making, bringing the crazy world of Lockdown #43 onto the stage, as well as new songs with similar theatricality.
