Your favourite indie rock humans return to The Workers Club on Sunday March 3rd from 7pm, joined by the Scray City Rollers and Mark Hall!

Martians of Error play independent folk rock and punk in Melbourne. Alternating between dumb songs about smart stuff, and smart songs about dumb stuff, these experienced human impersonators bring a mix of up-tempo bangers and eclectic balladry to the scene. They currently sound like an unholy aural alliance between R.E.M., Pixies and Crowded House. Check out their live setlist 'Any Time Now' on Soundcloud.

The Scray City Rollers are set to play a rollicking folk rock set with their inimitable frontman Dom Rogers. Inspired by the likes of Bruce Springsteen, The Triffids, The Go-Betweens, Jason Isbell, Weddings Parties Anything and Paul Kelly, Dom Rogers’ lyrical wanderlust meanders through themes of love, loss, landscape, power, and memory.

Mark Hall plays dark, brutally honest songs in a heavy folk style. He is influenced by hard rock bands from Seattle in the late 80s/early 90s, along with progressive rock, post-punk, post-metal, post-rock and hardcore punk. His musical philosophy is to create heavy, complex music driven by acoustic guitar and natural sounds. His new EP 'Ugly Chapter' is streaming free on Bandcamp.
