Munster Times Easter Sunday Blowout ft. Plastic Section
Coming up at the Workers Club in beautiful down town Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, a massive five band bill. Brought to you by Munster Times Zine, along with Bottom of the Barrel. Munster recently celebrated the release of its 40th issue. Going since 2008, Munster covers local and international bands, as well as rants of football, cricket, and pop culture only its reprobate editor seems to remember. Issue 40 will be available to pick up on the night.
The gig will be headlined by one of Melbourne’s hardest working bands, Plastic Section. 2025 saw another cracking release from the group, Revenge. Think 50s Sun City recordings mixed with Back from the Grave.
Also on the line up, G-String Nicotine from Geelong. A band on the rise, playing with an ace punk rock attuite and presentation.
I V ....( Pronounced Eye Vee): A mix of sonic / noise somewhere in the Fall, Television, Velvets,
All the way from Gippsland, Pet Moon, playing brilliant pop indie tracks that tackle personal and social issues of the day.
And Melbourne 90s punks Dino Bravo, playing on their never ending reunion tour.
Cheap tickets via Oztix. Don’t miss out on a fun rocking day at The Workers.
Easter Sunday Blowout, proudly presented by Munster Times Zine, Bottom of the Barrel and The Workers Club.
